The third-party liability coverage corresponds to the third-party liability coverage that we have in the Netherlands. With this insurance package you are insured against damage you cause to a road user. Your risk therefore partly depends on the presence/absence of debt. If you caused the traffic accident, the insurance will cover the damage to the other party. If you have no debt, you do not have to pay anything, provided the other party is insured. There is therefore no 100% damage insurance (CDW) and theft insurance (TP). Glass, tire, soil and roof damage are also not covered. You pay a deposit (€ 400) on location prior to the rental period. This can be done by making a reservation on your credit card or in cash.

All-risk insured (deductible: €0.00)

The All-risk insurance + excess waiver covers all damage except glass, tires, soil and roof damage and/or damage resulting from intent and/or deliberate recklessness. The All-risk insurance therefore includes 100% damage insurance (CDW) and theft insurance (TP). With this insurance package you have purchased the deductible. You do not have to pay a deductible/deposit in advance.
